Your IT doesn’t need to write any code for FTAPI orchestration. Pre-built integrations simply need to be set up. You build workflows in the low-code workflow builder, together with our process consulting team if needed. Your data protection and IT teams will find all the documents they need for their review in the FTAPI Trust Center.
FTAPI comes with 60+ pre-built integrations. Beyond that, anything that can be reached via REST API, SFTP, SQL, SMTP, IMAP, file systems, Excel/CSV or XÖV can be connected. Recipients without a digital address receive the same document as a letter via the E-POST interface.
FTAPI assigns each document using unique identifiers such as the employee number. If a document cannot be delivered, you see it immediately. Every dispatch is logged.
