Usually, your CV is enough. A cover letter isn’t mandatory, but you’re welcome to add one if you’d like to tell us more about your motivation. What matters most is that your documents are complete and meaningful, especially regarding your career path and relevant experience.
Your onboarding begins even before your first day with all the important information. In your first weeks, you’ll take part in personal onboarding sessions, get an overview of our tools and processes, and be supported by a culture buddy who helps you settle in and navigate daily life at FTAPI.
Our collaboration is based on clear values: team spirit, responsibility, transparency, and continuous learning. We encourage initiative, practise open feedback, and make decisions quickly and collectively. Our teams work in an agile, highly networked way – always with the goal of creating real impact for our customers, our products, and a team that grows together. Yes! Depending on the role, remote work is possible – in some cases even fully remote. For certain positions, such as sales or team leads, we ask for a regular presence of at least three days per week. Additionally, you can work up to 60 days per year abroad within the EU as part of a workation.
No – there’s no strict dress code at FTAPI. Come as you feel comfortable, whether in a hoodie or a shirt. What matters is that you can be yourself. Many colleagues also like to wear branded hoodies, T-shirts or our popular “FTAPiletten” flip-flops.
