The Product & Design team at FTAPI defines the product vision and provides strategic clarity in the ongoing development of our solutions. Working closely with engineering, design, and our customers, we create products that deliver genuine value. We think customer-first and ensure every decision contributes to the advancement of our platform.
In our engineering teams, we develop products that are scalable and secure. We work cross-functionally and with a high level of responsibility. Combining deep technical expertise with pragmatic problem-solving, we focus on code quality, security, and scalability – always with the goal of creating maximum customer value.
Our platform team empowers the product teams to build, deliver, and operate software securely and reliably. We manage the cloud platform and continuously improve the developer experience – reducing manual effort and minimising complexity in day-to-day development.

In the Product & Engineering team, we work directly on developing new products and features – shaping how our customers experience FTAPI. What I value most is that we are a truly cross-functional team that works closely together – open, approachable, and across departmental boundaries. In doing so, we not only continuously improve our product, but also the way we work.
What I enjoy most is working together as a team on a shared codebase that we’re constantly improving. Along the way, we’re always learning new things – not because someone tells us to, but because we’re naturally curious and eager to keep developing ourselves.
