Our sales development team is FTAPI’s engine, shaping the crucial first stage of the sales process – initial contact with potential clients. With intuition, a keen sense of individual needs, and clear, persuasive communication, we identify the right decision-makers, analyse their challenges, and build the foundation for long-lasting, successful customer relationships.

Our account executives are FTAPI’s growth drivers – a strong mix of junior, professional, and senior AEs with deep SaaS expertise, the MEDDPICC methodology, and a clear mission: helping companies and public authorities across DACH handle sensitive data in a compliant, efficient, and sovereign way.

Together with our partners, we are building Europe’s most secure digital ecosystem – collaborative, compliant, and future-proof. Through strategic alliances, we enable organisations in regulated industries to structure their data flows securely, efficiently, and in line with legal requirements. In doing so, we set the standard for secure and efficient data exchange in Europe.

The revenue operations team is the strategic backbone of FTAPI’s go-to-market function. We support our marketing, sales, partnerships, customer growth, and customer success teams through structured analysis, unified reporting standards, and automated processes. Our goal is to reduce operational complexity, enable data-driven decisions, and sustainably boost GTM performance. As a central interface, we ensure insights are turned into effective action – always with a focus on customer value and impact for FTAPI.

The customer growth team is both a growth driver and the strategic bridge to our existing clients. Our goal is to strengthen long-term partnerships, unlock cross- and upselling potential, and secure sustainable growth for FTAPI. We help our customers unlock the full value of our solutions and support them in exchanging sensitive data securely and efficiently.

Our customer success & helpdesk team maximises FTAPI’s customer value – by actively preventing churn, maximising product adoption, and making expansion a natural outcome of satisfied clients. Our customers are our ownership: their success is our success. Using data-driven insights, we not only build strong relationships but also shape the future of our product.

The marketing team is FTAPI’s creative powerhouse. We drive company-wide initiatives for brand, pipeline, and revenue, contributing measurably to achieving company goals. Together, we build a strong brand that positions FTAPI as a market leader and ensures sustainable growth.
