Online application.

Applicants enter their data in a GDPR-compliant application form on the website and attach all relevant documents. The data is stored in a structured manner in the applicant management system, where it can be easily evaluated. The correct contact persons are automatically notified of the receipt and the applicants immediately receive confirmation of receipt.

Onboarding

When new employees join the company (onboarding), the HR department has to collect a whole hots of data. Instead of paper questionnaires, it provides secure online forms.. The data entered is automatically transferred to the HR system (for example, to SAP HCM) and is immediately available in all necessary places.

Update personnel master data

After moving house, a wedding or a change of bank account, employees must report the new master data to their employer. Employees enter the updated data in a secure online form and send it to HR. Master data is automatically updated throughout all connected systems.
