FTAPI Software GmbH is one of Germany’s top employers of medium-sized businesses. This is the result of a study conducted by Focus-Business in cooperation with kununu.com, the employer evaluation portal for employees, trainees and applicants. The Munich-based software company ranks among the approximately 3,400 most popular medium-sized employers in Germany.

In order to identify the approximately 3,400 top employers in the SME sector, Focus-Business and the market research company Media Market Insights (MMI) evaluated more than 900,000 company profiles with more than 3.5 million employer ratings on the Kununu rating portal. Companies with a minimum of eleven and a maximum of 500 employees were considered. In order to be included in the final selection, they had to meet certain criteria – for example, they had to be based in Germany, have a rating of 3.5 out of five or better on Kununu, and have a minimum number of current Kununu ratings. Each of the medium-sized companies named in the top list will be awarded the title “Top SME Employer 2020”. The top list is divided into sectors and within the sectors the companies are divided into regions.
